They are the Commemoration day and the Wirrawee Show, Usually held on the same day.
How many days were they planning on staying?
They were planning on staying for five days.
How much food do you think is reasonable to bring, split between 7 teenagers.
For five days, seemingly 35 breakfast, lunch, and Dinner, and some snacks.
Who is the hermit and what is he supposed to have done?
Hermit comes from a story about a man killing his wife and children, then ran away to hell to hide away from whoever is seeking him.
Do you think the hermit will be significant in this story? Why/Why not.
Tbh, idk ayye, but I think if he shows up in this story, the character would probably be frightened.
Is their descent down satan's Steps into hell dangerous? What are the dangers? how could they have made it safer? What would you have done?
Of course it is. The number of them going down Satans steps are very dangerous and it could make them fall apart from each other.  To make this safer, I recommend getting some cushions or something soft and thick and put it down the stairs to prevent them from falling off the steps. I would essentially do the same thing.
Predict what the bridge signifies.
I think it signifies that someone could have been to their because the bridge was constructed and that they aren't the only people that have been to hell.
